Sandeep Thomas founded Fornax Global to bring practical enterprise architecture into technology delivery. Over more than 20 years, he has worked with organisations where data, cloud platforms, integration layers, business applications, and operational teams all have to move together.
That background shaped the company's approach: start with the business process, design the data and integration model properly, choose technology for the right reasons, and build systems that remain clear after the first release. Fornax Global is not positioned around one toolset; it is built around the discipline required to make complex systems work as one.
As Founder and Technical Director, Sandeep sets the technical direction for the company and stays close to solution architecture, delivery standards, and client outcomes. The focus is straightforward: create systems that are useful, maintainable, secure, and ready for the operational realities clients face after go-live.
